Posting Marks/Grades to the Web

1.) Log into Progress Book.

2.) Click on a grade book.

3.) Click the Add an Assignment.

4.) Type a description of the assignment, select the assignment type, assign the number of points the assignment is worth, adjust the date due if applicable, click the check box next to Post the marks to the Web?: and share the assignment with other grade books when applicable. See illustration below.

5.) Click Save to upload and publish the assignment and marks to the Web for parents to view.

6.) You may also post marks to the Web by clicking the Grade Book Grid link in the center column located on the Class Dashboard window.

7.) At the bottom of each assignment you’ve created, you will find a check box to post the marks (grades) to the Web.

8.) Click the check box to post the marks to the Web, then click Save.
