NEW EZpay
ON-LINE PAYMENT SYSTEM
Dear
Parents,
Our on-line
payment system is here! I am happy to announce that we
are providing parents with an on-line system to pay your
child’s student fees, and also athletic, band and
cheerleading fees through a company called
EZPay. The system
is up and running for school fees and the lunch system
will be phased in this school year. You may use your
credit/and or debit card for the transaction to pay fees
on our website. There is no additional cost for paying
online. Please note that we cannot take credit card
payments at our office, this is only available over the
internet. We will of course still accept cash and
checks for payment of fees at the school buildings or
Central Office.
We will also
be adding a point of sale system to computerize the
lunch lines and this will allow you to go on-line and
put money on your child’s account for lunch money and
eliminate the need to send cash to school with your
child to pay for lunch. This will not be up and running
at the beginning of the school year but will be phased
building-by building this school year. I’ll keep you
posted of our progress on the new lunch system.
Parents who
use the on-line system must first create an account.
You will need to know your Student’s ID number to create
the account. Your child’s student ID number can be found
on the back of the Emergency Medical Form sent home with
your child at the beginning of the school year. Please
write down the number and keep it for future use before
you return the Emergency Medical Form. If you can’t find
the Student ID number, you can stop by your child’s
school building and get it from the Building Secretary.
No personal information about your student is available
online and the School District will not have access to
or keep your credit card information on file. You will
need to re-enter your credit card # each time you use
the online system.
You can
access the new on-line payment website by going to our
district website
http://www.carlisle-local.k12.oh.us,
then click on the
EZpay logo to be
transferred over to the payment site. Complete the
registration page, and add your child’s names and ID
numbers. Once you have registered and created a
password you will not need the student ID number again.
You can check your child’s account balances as long as
you have access to the internet.
